Typically, a coworking plan allows users the added bonus of being able to work in all communal areas of a centre rather than being limited to a dedicated desk. Some flexible workspace operators also give the option for you to work from different coworking locations that they provide.

What are the benefits of using Coworking workspaces?

Signing a traditional lease means that clients are locked into a fixed space for a fixed term and in some cases, this can be in excess of 5-10 years. Given that virtually every industry is evolving rapidly thanks to the influence of technology, market fluctuations and economic instability, most businesses would find it difficult to have a prescribed roadmap that accurately reflects what the next 5-10 years will look like in terms of headcount, expansions and baseline operations.

With our Global Pass, Members can enjoy access to all available TEC coworking spaces across our 135+ locations around the world. Coworking spaces vary in size and are different at each location.

How To get a Coworking Space?

Our Centres are listed in various grade A buildings within the CBDs of every major City we operate in.

Step 2: Select
Choose the plan you need and tell us which location suits you best.

Step 3: Confirm
Let us know the desired start date and required duration for your selected plan and you can begin using your Coworking Space as soon as you complete the payment.

Can I use meeting spaces for free?

We do not provide free meeting spaces, but TEC Members can enjoy our Meeting Rooms at a competitive rate.

Should you require a last minute or impromptu Meeting Rooms, you can make reservations 15 minutes in advance of your gathering through the online booking system (MyTEC).  Alternatively, you can check with our Engagement Team at front desk to help book the Meeting Room if it is available.

Can I use private offices?

Our standard Coworking Plans provide access to all lounges, hot desks and communal areas.

If you would like more privacy, you can consider subscribing to our Day Office plan which is offered as a top-up option and as a monthly plan. This plan gives you the option to use unoccupied office units in Centres within your home city (subject to availability).

What is the commitment period?

Subject to local restrictions, we offer a range of contracts starting from monthly rolling up to 12-month plans; however, we often offer incentives for longer term commitments.

What is my cancellation notice period?

The cancellation period ranges from 1-2 months, dependent on the region.
